Especially businesses operating in labor-intensive sectors, which strengthen their employees through training, fringe benefits, and social support instead of reducing employment, will be evaluated in this category. Strategic decisions taken to protect employment, resilience shown against crises, and sustainable workforce policies will be taken into consideration.
