This award is given to encourage SMEs that have achieved local production in areas where Turkey is dependent on imports, developed medium-high or high technology products, or succeeded in creating value-added in existing production processes.
The goal is to support local businesses behind competitive and sustainable products that can reduce the current account deficit and integrate into global value chains.

Strategic Product Quality
Achieving localization in import-intensive sectors (e.g., defense, electronics, software, medical devices)
Value Added Ratio
The ratio of domestic components in the product and the level of technical expertise
Commercialization Success
Success in the product's journey from production to consumption: sales, exports, demand
Technological Depth
New technology-based processes (automation, sensors, software, composite materials, etc.)
Product Life Cycle Length
Not seasonal, long-lasting and sustainable sales potential
Market Differentiation
Design, functionality or performance indicators that differentiate from competitors
