Category Definition

This award is given to honor SMEs that have managed to maintain their employment despite economic uncertainties, sector fluctuations, and global crises, and who see their employees as the core value of their business.

Especially businesses operating in labor-intensive sectors, which strengthen their employees through training, fringe benefits, and social support instead of reducing employment, will be evaluated in this category. Strategic decisions taken to protect employment, resilience shown against crises, and sustainable workforce policies will be taken into consideration.

Continuing operations without layoffs in the last 2 years

Women and Youth Employment

Hiring policies targeting women, youth, or disadvantaged groups

Providing training programs to support professional development of personnel

Making new hires or experiencing employment growth despite crisis period
